I ordered 2 'mice', regular updates, then today I get a message to say that they have been 'Returned to Sender' I specifically requested that they be delivered to the local Post Office so no way could they not get access. I am lived that I have been scammed, forgot to check Trustpilot before clicking the purchase button, £16 for bugger all!

purchase made on June 4Th ,money out of account the same day. Merchandise is yet to arrive and today is already June 30th. sent several emails. Keep getting link to track order. Link says no order to track yet.

The item was faulty, cat walked across it and popped straight away and leaked. Was told it was faulty. Have sent several emails some I get answers other none. Was told I would get compensation but wanted a full refund as product no good. Still waiting for something back. No product and out of pocket. Customer service awful answer one email and then dont bother with any more.

They are not an honest company. I was told I was receiving a refund but nothing appeared. Such a shame as I really wanted the item they didn't send me.

My pet comb broke after the first use! I contacted Customer Service about a refund, but no response. I contacted them again and this time they said for me to take a picture and send it and they would let me know the next steps. I did that, and again, no response. I tried contacting them AGAIN - no response. So, I just lost money. This will teach me to look at the reviews before I buy. Highly disappointed!

I ordered a cat brush for $17.94 on May 12, 2025. Today is June 25. I still have not received my order. I will NEVER order from this company again. If I had known it was coming from China, I would not have ordered it. S. Doan

Never received my cat toys . Have emailed them multiple times with no reply. I lost $60 :( Do NOT use this company!!!!!!!

Item never arrived. Tracking still has delivery date, that item is arriving on the date of each day that I check. Looks like I have lost my money.
