ZERO STARS! CUSTOMER BEWARE! Don’t order from this company. This is some scam i China. I ordered a bird toy for my cat, never received it. Also ordered a rechargeable ball which stopped working after a couple of charges, total garbage. When I requested a refund they told me to return the product even though I sent them pictures and a video as a proof that it is not working. Now I have to pay for shipment to China more than the value of this toy? Doesn't make sense.

Received the cat toy and was immediately disappointed. Would not charge, will not stop blinking red. Had it plugged in for a whole day and still blinks red.

Received the spinning light ball for my kitten today after a 2 week wait. I've sent an email to the company for a refund, but upon reading others reviews.. like I should've done before buying...I don't hold out much hope for one.

Koop niet bij deze firma. Het product wat ik kocht (the cat pawlure) werkt niet. Als je een mail stuurt krijg je een onnozele reactie als "heb je de gebruiksaanwijzing gelezen" of "stuur een foto van het niet werkend item" (ik kan op een foto niet laten zien dat iets niet werkt). Verloren geld.

Today I received a package from an unknown company low and behold there is this funny bird that I ordered so long ago that I figured I never ordered it and I could never find the ad back but lo and behold here it is by a fluke I found out who the company is because I put just the right search words into my email Low and behold its celery Pets someone else is sending it to me. I find out they are a shipping company that people in China use so they forward product to this company who sends it out there’s no invoice no explanation in the bag and when I went to the website now because I’d like to return it because it’s a piece of cheap crap And you hit the contact us in the menu. It goes nowhere so if ever you find yourself trying to order from this company don’t and all the people that say they didn’t get their product. They just didn’t wait long enough. This is roughly 8 weeks ago that I ordered this

I have ordered 2 items from this company and they keep saying the item is on is way but I never receive them. I can’t afford to keep ordering from this company and not receive my product. I ordered the brush for cats then I ordered the rolling toy for cats. Didn’t receive neither one .im done. They only deserve a o from me. I had 2 orders one sept.19 for the and one oct. 14. Didn’t receive neither one. I won’t be ordering from them again.
