Tried protein shake with probiotics, vanilla flavor. It’s far too sweet and doesn’t taste like vanilla…No, it just tastes artificially over sweetened. Also, shipping cost is off the hook- Nobody cares about your fancy branded boxes - use something more economical and drop the shipping fees. I ordered vitamins as well- also not the best quality- upset stomach and horrible aftertaste! should’ve stuck with Solaray for vitamins and basically any other brand Whey shake…seriously- Instant regret on both items cost $70 Disgusting products, Disgusting price

Honestly it’s not so much their products but their customer service. I recently had vsg and was told to take the multi vitamins with iron. Well I couldn’t it made me sick no matter which way I took it. I spent a lot of money on the vitamins and the calcium as well. When I called to tell the they said the most we could do was give you a gift card but sen everything back and you have to pay for the shipping back. Mind you I paid for shipping when I bought the items and was NOT refunded the shipping cost for that. When I went to ship them it was $20 dollars to send $20 my refund was for 45.99 but I had to spend $20 to return items that didn’t work. NOW in order to use the gift card I have to buy and item and STILL pay $13-20 to have it sent to me. So if I got an item that was $45.99 I would be spending $57 because I have to pay for shipping! Make that make sense!! I spent more money returning the times and will have spent more money trying to replace it! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. Sad but when you have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY POLICIES NO THANK YOU! I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered on their German website. I ordered calcium soft chews, Cherry and Watermelon. They checked me out with Grape instead of Watermelon. I didn't realize until I opened the Chews. Customer Support refused to do anything, cause it's opened. Gonna order at their competitors in the future.
