Product was uncomfortable and caused painful rub spots. Returned WITH tracking, at my expense. Only to be told they don't know who picked up the parcel from post office, but they don't have it so no refund. I followed their return process to the letter. I argued that I have no control after I've posted the parcel and the USPS says it's been delivered. They just give the excuse that tracking doesn't specify WHO picked it up. Do NOT buy. It's garbage and you'll never get your money back.

ordered this item paid for it via my credit card £38 then nothing from them emailed them no answer emailed them again told them i will claim my money back via my credit card company, they said its on its way and provided a royal mail tracking number and it didn't show anything emailed them again told them i want my money back and i got ... silence then an email admitting they lied to me i gave them until Friday the 2nd of October to deliver today is the third of October and no delivery and royal mail still has nothing other than cedrow say it's on its way to them ,then they admit they lied to me and say it may not get there by the 2nd of October asked for my money back and back to nothing from them Monday the 5th i will start the process of getting my money back from my credit card company my personal view is don't use this company

Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this company!! They take forever to respond to any legitimate inquiry, then when a problem comes up with the size of the product that they FINALLY sent, they sent a message (After I had to send a message saying I was tired of their inaction and would escalate my complaint) with more B. S. and of course more NO desire to exchange or refund the product that they had sent. I intend to dispute my transaction with my financial institution and also file a complaint with the BBB. They are AWFUL!

Ordered on 9/9/2026. Today is 9/26/2026 and still no product. I asked for a refund/cancellation, Cedrow denied my request. I found the same foot drop brace on amazon.

Do not buy from this company, if you are not satisfied, they do not refund you, seems to me they are a load of sharks selling inferior products and you e wasted your money,I am so angry with them, for conning me.

I bought a foot drop brace but was too small so returned for refund, after 2 months from return item received still awaiting refund and Cedrow have not replied to emails, there does not seem to be a connect number

This brace did not do its job. It did not bend at the ankle it caused a bruise on the front part of the ankle, because it was rubbing. It’s so not worth it . It’s been more than 24 hours they have not contacted me again to get my money back. 49.99 it says 30 day money back guarantee.

I never received the product. I would like a refund and nobody will answer me eith a solution. I have been trying since last week. It was shipped at the beginning of August and I never receievedit. Can I please get a response? Thank you. Gail Comeau 514 473 0214
