I ordered the swing on a Sunday and had it by Wednesday morning. Putting the swing together was straightforward. It is a quality product. I would definitely order from Adams All Natural again.

I had no problem with Adams All Natural but I did have a problem with the carrier they used to deliver their product.

Hi Rhona, Thank you for the review. FedEx Freight as well as any other freight companies have different levels of service depending on where you are. I'm so sorry you had trouble. Hopefully the suggestions we gave you in dealing with them helped. John

The quality of the swing is excellent. It looks great. Delivery was good. Assembly was difficult. Yes there was a video but that was for several different products, and step by steppers could easily do the steps incorrectly. There really should be written step by step instructions for each product. If you only have the video, make sure you watch the whole video before you start assembly.

Good afternoon! I just checked with the shop that makes the Yard Swings for us and you should have gotten assembly directions with your order. I'm so sorry if those were not included. You are correct. Having directions on how to put one of these together would be really beneficial! In the future, if one isn't included, please reach out to us and we can get one emailed to you! We hope you enjoy your yard swing! Holly
