Adams All NaturalReviews of cedarwoodfurniture.com

Wish they had more products.

Since I had no prior experience with the company I called to talk personally with your representative. The man I placed my order with was very polite and helpful. I wanted a picnic table without attached benches. These are very hard to find. I found your company on the web. I am anxiously awaiting my table.

There were accessories offered but I could not find a description.

The website could use more clarity in its description of the accessory package vs. bucket/hole cutout but when I called they acknowledged that and helped me understand what was what. Holly was terrific! Their tools for tracking delivery were excellent: have received the accessory package but not the main product yet, namely, the Master Gardener Potting Bench

Not enough details on some of the items ... ie ,component dimensions .. 2 x 2, 2 x 4, 4 x4 ....? Some of the weights are clearly, hugely incorrect on the arbors..

The customer service was outstanding -- I had questions about the frame and whether it would fit my existing swing and Adams (Holly, specifically) responded right away. After I received it, I wrote back to confirm that the size fit and again, Holly was right on it with a response. This company provides very quick and personal attention! The frame itself is so wonderful and such great quality! The eye bolt placement is a bit wider than my existing 4' swing, but it does not have any effect on its usability whatsoever. We are very happy with it. I just stained it this weekend and we are happily swinging to and fro on it already (-: I know this frame will last much longer than our previous one because of the cedar wood. It's also larger diameter beams than our previous frame. Thanks for the high quality product! The only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is because of the long time lag -- we waited about 6 weeks for it, but it was worth the wait...

I was looking for a bench for outside and there were plenty of options. That was great. I like that many, possibly all, are made in the U.S, too. My only negative comment is that the bench I ordered is only shown with one color paint/stain on it, and it would have been nice to see what the bench looks like in raw cedar too, which is what I ordered.

Great company. Very easy to order.
