It was very easy to purchase the cedar outdoor furniture. Have not received them as yet.

I called with questions on delivery and spoke to a sales rep, who answered my call immediately, and she was a delight! So appreciate being able to speak to an actual person and have all my questions answered by someone who obviously enjoys their job. Keep up the good work Adams All Natural!

So easy to navigate and we were totally surprised to find it had shipped and we would receive our swing within 6 days of ordering! Can't wait for it to arrive!

I ordered a swing canopy in May of 2021 and due to Covid was told there would be a delay in shipping. I called a few days ago to find out the status of my order. The gentleman that assisted me was absolutely awesome!! Customer service at its finest. When I gave him my order number he was extremely apologetic and helped me pick an alternate color (the green I wanted was back ordered) and I paid the same amount of my order of almost a year ago. We love our glider!! Last year, due to the fact we did not get the top for it during the summer season, (and we just could not use the old one) we called our glider “the convertable.” :) Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
