Wait time stated is 30 minutes. I've been waiting for over 2.5 hrs. Text to concierge unanswered and no one available to take my call to customer service. In the meantime, I'm in pain and the pharmacy is now closed. I thought this would be quicker than going to a walk-in clinic.

The nursing staff in the critical care unit were all goofing off especially at night time. The nursing staff is second rate so be aware.

I asked multiple times if my Telehealth call would be covered by my insurance and was repeatedly told it would, and then they still charged me. On top of that, the doctor was rude and ignored me, could hardly hear me because their call service is so bad, and ended up just telling me to go to a different doctor. I highly recommend you use another service

I went for regular doctor visit coded as "established patient visit" The doctor and facility are in-network I called ahead before scheduling, to insurance co. and doctors office to ensure: (1) both were in-network (2) my only financial obligation would be the $50 specialist copay Because I have had issues with billing in the past, I checked the Cedars website, the Cigna website and called both the doctor's office and Cigna to make certain that the total cost would be the $50 copay. Two months later, I received a bill from Cedars for a "facility fee"! The bill said I was delinquent, although I had not received an earlier invoice. I checked the paperwork I signed, the Cigna website, the doctors listing, (he has no other office location), and non of these places list a facility fee for a standard office visit. This is fraud. I called the office and Cigna, and they state that the doctor is an "independent contractor". This still doesn't allow them to surprise patient with a facility fee without disclosing this information anywhere.

I’ve been going to doctors all over the country for 30+ years and unfortunately still have heart issues and neurological issues that nobody can figure out. Being in network at cedars has helped me so much, The best doctors, surgeons, and beautiful hospital! Grateful to be in network

Cedars-Sinai was once a top-notch medical center -- but no longer, there is no quality control or patient financial protection there! My wife and I got a phony bill from a C-S MD, which had been cancelled over two years before, followed by a harassing phone call from this bad MD's office manager. When we protested by first calling and then emailing the C-S alleged quality-control office, we never reached anyone or got any call back -- then we emailed all C-S top administrators, none of whom were the slightest help. CEDARS-SINAI IS LIVING OFF OF ITS REPUTATION, BUT THAT OLD REPUTATION HAS BEEN TARNISHED BY THE PRESENT MANAGEMENT-SHAME ON CEDARS-SINAI, WHOSE OFFICERS SEEM TO FOLLOW THE "HYPOCRITIC OATH" BY MAKING C-S A SECOND RATE MEDICAL CENTER!

The staff were quick to help the patients and send the bloodwork results right away via the app.

Diagnosed me with a bleeding ulcer after I vomited blood, and left me sitting in the lobby for the past 8 hours with no water or check ins. I’m going home with now with no treatment. Still bleeding. Can this be a hospital in America???
