CD UniverseReviews of cduniverse.com

CD Universe is one of the best online retailers! They delivered my 5 movies fast and their employees are the nicest people I've spoken to over the phone with the concerns about one of my blu ray movies being on backordered. It only took twelve days for them to ship out the last movie I wanted! Thanks CD Universe!

I first found out about C.D.Universe from a girl that worked at a game store. I was amazed when i visited the site. Everything i ever wanted. I ordered movies and music right away, and i wasn't dissapointed. The order came quick. The prices are great, and customer service was very friendly. I was looking after myMom at the time, and i was able to get movies, and t.v. series that we remembered watching together. She passed away now. But,thanks to your company,it made her life a little happier. I hope to be able to order more in the future, when i am able to do so. Unfortunately,i am on a disability that doesn't give me much chance to do so at the moment. Thank you C.D.Universe for everything. You made me and my Mom happy. You have a great company. Keep it going. It's getting harder and harder to find great old classics.

Can you believe it? First time user! Slick, fast, flawless addition to a very large iTunes library where a song version was unavailable from their library. Got the tune and the artwork in seconds. Ahl be Baach...!

Their products are as advertised, and any issues or questions can be resolved quickly by contacting their courteous customer service.

I have been buying from CDU since 2005. Never had any trouble with any of my orders. That I can remember, but if there was any, I'm sure they took care of it. They always have kept me updated on my orders to when I will receive my order and the time. Will keep buying from CDU Joe in NJ

Fantastic website! You're able to find any CD or LP you want and it's damn cheap! I'm a costumer from Denmark, and the price for shipment isn't bad at all. All of my orders arrived on time (almost in great shape). Well I once experienced some damages on my CD's when I unpacked it, but it's probably not cdunicers.com fault. It might have been crushed a little in the shipment. The conclusion is that cduniverse is reliable and the do their job excellent. Five stars from Denmark.

My package didn't arrive as expected, so I contacted their support, they did sent me another package right away, no questions asked. Actually first package arrived 3 days later, it just took longer time than I expected, but I didn't pay for fast delivery so they are not to blame. I did pay for the extra package, and both sides were happy. I have shopped with them a few times since then, and I got only praise for their fantastic store.
