send me the wrong DVD i order a blue ray on the tilte Boodshot and you send a regular DVD

Tierd of getting movies and they can not speak english..They should tell you up front. Some movies are poorly to last very long.

I got ripped off for $54.54. I wrote them a check for this amount, they cashed it. Never got my CDs. Told me my address was undeliverable, along with the post office address I also gave them. They are an internet scam.

This is more of a warning to Canadian customers than a personal complaint. Very disappointed in CD Universe. In my case I ordered some material which I refused when it arrived because unbeknownst to me CD Universe automatically ships via UPS when the $ value of a purchase is more than a certain amount. UPS charged outrageous brokerage fees and I simply refused to pay. UPS said if I don't pay the order goes back to CD Universe. So back it went. CD Universe called to tell me they had received the order but I really should have called them prior to sending back because now they have no choice but to deduct the cost of the return from what they owe me. Since they had my credit card info I was powerless to stop them. I was lucky to get reimbursement from my credit card company, but they ultimately swallowed the loss...CD Universe refused the claim. I will not be purchasing from them again. I now buy thru Amazon.ca or thru reputable EBay dealers.

Terrible!! I bought CD's From the EPIC label from them and they started skipping after no time! I won't buy CD'S online anymore!
