I am giving one star because there is no below than that. If I would have choice then I would have given negative stars as well. This is a fraud. My mother purchase Office 365 for our wedding picture storage without asking me and gave access to our photographer. Photographer did his job by posting everything on OneDrive purchased by cdkeys.io. Now after 17 days, Onedrive is giving me "Access Denier :This page has been blocked as it violates the Acceptable Use Policy located in the Terms of Use. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact our Support team using M365 Admin Center for further assistance." ERROR I have reached out to Microsoft and they said since we bought it from third party then cdkeys.io is the admin of the onedrive and they can give us access. When I reached out to Cdkeys.io they told me that I violated some terms and condition therefore this account is locked. I told them to check every single picture in Onedrive and give me one picture which violated the terms. But in reply they told me to go to microsoft. I mean like what the hell? You just tell me that I might have violated some terms but just check and tell me which one I violated? and they dont have answer for that. One the top, I got information from Microsoft about how this might be resolve but this people just does not want to help at all. I told an agent to follow the steps or just me admin permission but he is like 'NO'. This is ridiculous if you can not help customer with their problem then STOP YOUR BUSINESS I mean if you are giving lifetime storage and I am paying for that then what is this BS? Wedding happens once in lifetime and they cant even retrieve the images. Even thought after this I went back to Microsoft and they provide me steps to retrieve images but this people does not want to do S***. They will keep on crying about loosing 50k dollars for OneDrive and doing fraud for this. This is just endless loop where cdkeys.io will tell you to go to Microsoft and Microsoft will tell you to go to cdkeys. Cdkeys does not want to take responsibility since we paid to them so its their duty to fix the problem and get me my pictures back. SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM HERE.

Hello Dear, I don't see your order in the database, But I think you are made a mistake we don't sell onedrive storage at all we sell Office 365, and the onedrive is for Office 365 use only, if you break the Terms of Service your account will get deteriorated we don't control that at all and even when contacting Microsoft the chance of getting the onedrive back is 5% if you already contact the support then the support agent will tell you about the case and if Microsoft agrees to activate the account again, and if you really purchase from our website on the License section there is a big note saying be careful when using the onedrive and don't break the rules if you do that your account will be suspended via Microsoft and we have no control over it and always keep a backup that what you will receive on email if you really purchase from us. I totally understand you but we usually provide a new account to our customers, we lose a lot in this process but our job is to keep all the customers satisfied with the Service provided. By the way, it doesn’t matter if you use onedrive or any other storage Services, if you break the terms your account will get blocked regardless of the platform used to storred your data. I hope you understand this problem that you explain in the review is totally not our fault and we have no control over it, we sell the License only and our job is to offer a working license and provide future support if any problem happens with the license, I hope you understand we have limited access when the problem is not about the license and 99% of the support Request is about deferente problems that has nothing to do with the license that the customer purchase but we still provide support via chat and and even remote fix the problem for free even tho the problem has nothing to do with the license that the customer purchase.
