At first I was very pleased, but I have to say that my most recent experiences have not been without problems. Response times are not very prompt, however, when I do get a response they are very nice. I have had to email several times to get them to respond, however. i would prefer prompter responses.

Great pricing and friendly service. Products are always as expected and come in a timely fashion. RMAs and repairs happen quickly and efficiently.

It is extremely rare to find a company where both the Account Manager and IT Customer Service Departments are reachable and responsive. CDI is such a company. I have had the most positive experience with followup from both departments. Will most definitely continue my work with CDI.

I've been buying fron CDI for about 10 years or more and I and I recommend them to everyone. They are fast to respond to my requests and I've only had 1 issue and it was resolved quickly. Aston Wong is my rep and he's awesome to say the least. Everything CDI is doing they're doing right. I really don't know what to say except keep doing what you're doing

Can always get a hold of our account manager. Gets quotes quickly, and accurately. Delivery of goods can be slow, otherwise would be 5 stars!
