Rich Rowan is da man!
Find Rich Rowan - purchase from him. Legit, honest, upfront and reliable. I've been through the ringer with almost every reseller in Canada. CDI and Rich come through every time. I've been able to make an order and pick it up same day, he even offered to drive it over - LEGIT!

Never trust cdi
Bought a laptop. It had an issue. Sent in for repairs. I was informed through the email that the laptop had a lot of damages. It seems like it was dropped on a concrete surface. I never thought about taking pictures before sending it in because they are with a reputable company that is with Comcast.

I have purchased a number of computers …
I have purchased a number of computers over the years from CDI. Their staff, in my case, Anthony Di Guilio has always been prompt in his replies to any questions and always had a ready answer. The computers are delivered in a very reasonable time and their quality has always been as advertised. I actively recommend this company as a place to purchase computers and related items. Good Merchandise, good prices, friendly staff, but long wait times
They generally have very good equipment, and when problems arrise, are easy to work with to get them resolved. The biggest drawback, is the time it takes to get an item once ordered, and the time it takes to remedy any issues (replace incorrect AC Adapter, exchange DOA items, etc) - often on the order of several weeks). Very friendly staff, and excellent prices.

8 YEARS OF A GOOD RELATIONSHIP
WE HAVE BEEN BUYING FROM CDI FOR OVER 8 YEARS NOW. IN THAT TIME I HAVE ONLY HAD 3 COMPUTERS THAT HAVE ENCOUNTERED PROBLEMS AND THEY WERE ALL RESOLVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I ALWAY PURCHASE THE 3 YEAR WARRANTIES AND 2 OF THE 3 RMA ISSUES WERE POWER SUPPLIES THAT WERE OVER 2 YEARS OLD, THATS TO BE EXPECTED.
