My order had damaged and missing equipment, it took over a month to resolve, but they did refund to make an acceptable resolution.

Ordered refurbished laptop from Staples. It came from CDI. First order was delivered to the wrong address. Second order was dell vered. Laptop had 1366x768 screen resolution...the one I ordered said 1700x900 resolution. Also, there was a hotspot on the screen. I contacted CDI and was asked how I wanted to proceed, I emailed back and told them that I wanted to exchange it for another one with the 1600x900 screen. I never heard back from them. Today the laptop is going bavk to Staples.

I suppose this is a case of you get what you pay for. I recently signed up for comcast essentials and got an offer from cdi for a $150 laptop. I thought it would be a discounted computer but in fact, its just an old (8-year-old hp probook) piece of junk that sells for less on any other site. I was hoping for a lightweight reasonably good computer that I could take with me to do work in a cafe or while out. I was not expecting a brand new high-level computer but was shocked when i saw what they sent. Aside from being old and really struggling to run win10 it weighs almost 5 lb. After 6 weeks of trying to get the thing to work reasonably well, i am ready to toss it in the junk pile. A $150 lesson in not trusting co\mcast. One of the biggest issues is that every time you turn the thing on it runs the updater which means you have to wait 30 to 90 minutes before you can even do the basic task like check email. Windows 10 is stretching its capabilities, it's slow even to download a few emails. I suggest you think twice about buying from this company. Go elsewhere, save some money and headaches. wish I could give them a negative star instead of just one Aside from the computer they sent i also would like to mention that shipping was slow as molasses. They got my address wrong which fortunately i was able to correct through ups in transit. there were several other people in the complex that were thinking of getting one of their computers....they wont be purchasing from cdi now.

For the two schools I support, we have purchased many laptops and Chromebooks and have been extremely satisfied. Joe Letterio is great to work with and he is always ready to help.
