I bought a laptop from CDI. Without reading any reviews because they are with Comcast. And Comcast is a reputable company. The laptop started giving problems so we had to ship it to CDI. Again I didn't take any pictures because they are with Comcast. It was shipped via UPS. When we received the laptop back we noticed significant damages to the laptop. The packge was in good shape. So we called in. The rap told me that thry received it in that conditon. They also asked me that if I had any pictures of the lapto before shipping? Unfortunately I didn't. Stay away from these guys. Don't trust them.

I have been working with CDI for the last few years and they have been pretty good as far as PC/laptop/server/apple hardware and most are Grade A. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because if you live in the US, shipping can take for ever. Sadly, the machines are not ready for shipment upon ordering. The sales rep takes the order then send the order to the warehouse to fulfill which can take a day or two, then they process the shipping which could be another day, then it's the shipping from Canada to you in the USA. Last time it took almost 9 business days to receive a laptop that was needed 4 days prior. I spoke to the sales rep and she said she will look into it. If things don't get better, regrettably I will seek a US based company.

CDI offers both products and services in a professional and trustworthy manner. CDI is in for the long haul, not just a quick sale.

I really like CDI. They're honest and usually pretty quick with responses. Their 'open box' deals on computers are generally really worth it!
