I have worked for a medical supply company and have also been a customer to supply companies. CCS is the worst company I have ever dealt with. No one in customer service has a clue, there is no follow up with doctors on authorization, patients are left without supplies for life threating issues and no one seems to care including the CEO and his staff. Its all about the profit and not the health and welfare of there customers. I actually had to pay cash for supplies, because this company did not care about my life.

I have NEVER had such poor service from ANY pharmacy, especially the first experience there. I am utterly disgusted and would NOT encourage anyone to use CCS medical. My doctor submitted this prescription on 11.17.22. Three or four rounds of the prescription were cancelled because preauthorization was needed. CCS charged my card 12.10.22, weeks BEFORE my prescription was filled. Then on 12.21.22 CCS said for the first time they needed blood sugar logs before filling what they already charged me for. Next, I was charged about $80 MORE, because CCS made a mistake calculating my charge. My prescription FINALLY arrived after I'd spent over an hour and a half talking with over FIVE CCS employees. On 12.28.22 at 11:09, Yvonne told me the item had shipped but she couldn’t give me a package tracking number. She was also VERY rude and ignored my FIVE requests to let me talk to a manager! I have NEVER had such poor service from ANY pharmacy! This was my first experience with CCS Medical. I am utterly disgusted and would NOT encourage anyone to use CCS Medical. I certainly hope the company will review the call logs from this protracted and very poorly handled transaction. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in all my 81 years.Having waited weeks for my ostomy supplies to be delivered i rang them to see what was happening to my order.Turns out the supplies had not even been ordered.They have been ringing me just about every two weeks saying the order was on the way.My account with them is now closed.They dont deserve anyones support.

If there were a zero star option, I'd select that. In my most recent annoyance with this company I called, their automated attendant told me my wait time would be less than 10 minutes. At the 10 minute mark I could hear someone answer, then put me back on hold. When I was then close to the 20 minute mark I could hear the phone answer and they immediately hung up, forcing me to start over again. This happens to me regularly when I call them. Their customer support agents are clearly trying to avoid calls and either putting calls back into the top of the queue or just hanging up as soon as they answer. If their online portal did anything other than force you to call them then this may not be so annoying. They've made it nearly impossible to order the life saving supplies that my son needs. Annoyed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about this company.

I briefly used them for infusion pump supplies. If you are smart you will never even start to use them. The initial order was not totally smooth but not awful. They sent a 90 day supply. I am on Medicare and Medicare allows refills when one is down to a 10 day supply (I knew this from my previous pump company). I contacted CCS when I was closing in on the 10 days of remaining supply for a reorder. They said (falsely) that Medicare rules were that they could not refill for 3 months (which in this case would have been 92 days and I would run out before the next order arrived). I sent them the Medicare document concerning refills of DME, they said that it did not apply to them (not true), that they were tired of people complaining, and to contact my pump company for an emergency supply to carry me till their order arrived. I refuse to use a company that would jeopardize my health, I have found a new supply company that does ship in that 10 day window (thank you New England Home Medical Equipment).

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The most useless and incompetent medical supply company ever. Please do the research and look into all of the horrible stories and reviews before you choose them. You’ll be sorry if you have to deal with them.
