Several years ago I had to work with this company and was always going in circles trying to get my supplies. They don't seem to care that these are life sustaining supplies and needed by deadlines (Literally!). If you don't keep calling you will be forgotten about. Now I am forced to use them again and like years ago I am having the exact same problems. I have never had a company this terrible to deal with.

I have been trying for a month to get my Abbott Libre3 sensors from CCS Medical. I keep getting BS answers as to why they are not shipping. They consistently lie. This is a terrible company to work with and I do not understand why Humana uses them as a partner. Do not use them.

This place does not deserve 1 star. From 1 to 10 I would give them -99. My order says waiting on documentation & they have confirmed that they have all the documentation.

Before agreeing to use ccs medical as your supplier, do yourself a favor and explore all options. Ccs is terrible at getting supplies to you on a very needed timely basis. Their communication with doctors office is terrible. I continually have difficulty getting my orders from this company. The latest has taken over 4 phone calls and multiple emails with no results. I’ve just found several other suppliers for diabetes equipment so it’s time to give them a try. They can’t possibly be worse than ccs. Save yourself a lot of aggravation. Look around!

I tried again today to order supplies …was told I owed money for December delivery that I never received …so they said pay 300 dollars or all delivery’s will be suspended till I pay ….i said I never got shipment and was told talk to billing ….billing said talk to shipping …shipping said talk to ordering department ….round and round with NO resolve ….now I’m back to shots and finger sticks …ALL because ccs is a piece of crap company

In my experience so far, this company is absolutely the worst!!! I had a prior auth sent to my insurance with a full packet of supporting documents, ccs medical never sent in the supporting documents, therefore got denied! Amy there is a supervisor and lied to me multiple times! Stay away from this supplier!!! Absolutely terrible!!

Worst customer service experience ever each and every time I have had to contact them. My Father is very ill has been in the hospital for 33 days. I am paying his bills as he is not able. They will not disclose if his payment has been processed. The only thing I need to know. I also may not pay for him by phone because I am not him, this is pitiful. One simple question about payment ! Stay away from this company.

Every time I need to reorder the G7 sensors, they have a problem. This latest attempt, they state they need a PWO from my provider, not an Rx, but the last reorder, they shipped them with the Rx. So disorganized!!! Now they are telling me they need an Rx, that a PWO is the same thing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
