CC Music scams people on Discogs by putting fraudulent listings and then doesn’t act on refunding the money. I had to file a claim with my card company for any action to be taken. Discogs doesn’t do anything about it of course but be forewarned and dig deep into their reviews.

The same problem happened to me with shipping. They created tracking for an item they have yet to ship and I've asked for a refund because they obviously haven't done anything. They say USPS has the package, as if I can't see the tracking information. They may not be a full on scam, but they have corrupt, shady, unscrupulous business practices.

CCMusic is a SCAM. They intentionally DO NOT completely fulfill your order. I ordered 4 vinyl records and got 1 so far 3 was on back order and after wating weeks for the item the informed me there was an issues with my bank. Re-ordered again waited weeks again and the now emailed me and said the it is not in stock. One item was marked as shipped on 8/7 and did not get to the post office until 8/17, they excuse is the post office is back logged. I received packages from the post office all the time and nothing has been the post fault except late shippers.

I met this seller on eBay, where I ordered close to $70 in vinyl merchandise. After purchasing the item, the seller provided tracking and then did nothing else. Instead of shipping my item, they simply provided tracking that is currently useless because the item is still in the seller’s possession. I wrote the seller, but to my dismay they did not reply. I will escalate this through eBay, but it’s a giant headache. This seller caused me a tremendous amount of stress for buying such a simple product. These items were a birthday gift that I now have to pivot on.

I recently ordered a vinyl box set. However, they sent me the CD version of the box set. They were very nice about it and provided me with a return label to send the item back and they would in return, send me the correct version. However, they sent me the CD. Version again. So this is obviously a filing error and even though I described what had happened, they we relied on the computer instead of a human to fix the problem. This time they told me to return the item, and they would refund me. But I told them all they had to do is send me the correct item which I know they had because it was listed separately on their website. But they said, if they tried to rescind it, it would keep sending me the same incorrect item. Is this ridiculous or what? They said it could not be fixed. And they would have to send me a refund.

Item shipped poorly and arrived damaged. Product is backordered. No update after the 30 day window. Do not shop here.

How in the world do you do this? Since you can't they dismiss your claim. In short, CCMusic ripped me off of $122 in merchandise and tax of a $524 order. I will NEVER order from them again!!! I suggest more honorable choices such as ~Zia Records [zero issues, 40ish orders] ~most Discogs sellers ~most eBay sellers ~Amazon *I would stick with Discogs/eBay sellers holding ratings of 99.8% or better Thank you for your time.

TRUST me, do not EVER do business with these people. Out of the blue, without my permission, they started wasting fuel, paper, and the earth's climate by sending huge, small print, catalogs of worthless things I don't begin to want. I never opted in, NOTHING. I wrote and called and called and wrote to be removed, and they assured me it would stop after at worst one more. Then came two more. They said, well we told you. Then came two more. They said, the catalogs were already printed. Then came two more. TWO more, each time. What jerks. This is a bad company that shamelessly hurts our only home planet while they lie and make excuses to innocent people who never opted in or wanted to hear from them in the first place.
