Simple and fast

I placed my order online for a FT8 pro p28 left for my son. The next day I received an email that my order had been canceled with no explanation. The fact that there is no explanation and no immediate refund is extremely poor customer service. In the customer service industry would this practice be deemed acceptable by any standard.

Easy to find what I was looking for and am excited to test out my new twig.

Everything was fine till I went to pay and it just kept saying invalid payment card around 7 times. I know my credit card number and use it for shopping online all the time. Was just about to give up and not make the purchase at all. Figured I would try it one more time and it finally went through. If it was an invalid payment type then how come it charged my credit card 6 times and then refunded it 6 times. If this is a common issue for people then they may lose business as people might give up trying to purhcase.
