Hi Veronica, We are so sorry to hear your package took longer than you expected. The order was placed after hours on Friday 10/25/19 and shipped at the close of our next day open, Monday 10/28/19 with the free 3-5 business day shipping option. USPS tracking information shows the package was delivered 4 days later on 11/2/19. We do our best to ship orders out by either the end of that business day or next business day (if after hours) and we have expedited shipping options available for an extra fee. Great
Truly great wax. It managed to lower my heart rate and blood pressure and take off some of that “edge” that comes with anxiety. I have really bad PTSD and GAD along with sinus tachycardia and this helps maintain a heart rate less than 100BPM for me.
