tracking never updated, never responded to my email asking about order status, and never received my order

Product never arrived or was shipped. USPS label was created but never reached the post office.

I ordered on the 3rd and am still waiting for a delivery date.

I placed an order on Monday and paid for expedited shipping, which was stated to be 2 to 3 days. I received notification that the product would be delivered the following Monday seven days later I wrote multiple emails to the company asking why the product is being delivered seven days later as opposed to the 2 to 3 day expedited shipping and never received a response to my emails. As a result, the product was delivered to a location that I was no longer at nor will I ever return to. Hence, I did not receive the product. Julie

I have tried to call and email multiple times with questions and nobody responds. The customer service sucks

I received an email saying my order was shipped on December 3. However, today is December 10 and only the label has been prepared. My order still hasn’t been shipped.

My last order had a shipping label created on 10/22/25 it is now 11/5/26 and according to the tracking number it still hasn’t been picked up. Your website shows the order as completed, wouldn’t the package need to have been shipped in order for it to be completed. This order is from a monthly subscription that will be cancelled if this isn’t corrected very soon.

I did not receive my order is it coming by horse and buggy. Thank you Nicholas Goodyear
