I paid for priority shipping
I paid for priority shipping, they sent it first class. Okay, not good for my first time buying from these guys. If the gummies are good then I'll probably up my review to 4 stars. Update 12/17/19: They apologized and refunded 40% of the order total. Review changed to 5 stars.
Response from Cannabidiol LifeDec 17, 2019
Hi Kyle, We are sincerely sorry that your order was shipped First Class mail, instead of the Priority that you upgraded to. We never want our customers to be without their product, especially when expedited shipping was paid for. We have refunded you the shipping cost and we will have someone from our Customer Service team contact you immediately to see how we can help further. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review!

Hi Nancy! We sincerely apologize for any delay you may have encountered with your last order. We diligently try to get all orders processed and shipped in a timely fashion but occasionally with large sales, especially 2 back to back, the shipping times can run longer. We will have someone from our Customer Service team contact you ASAP to see how we can improve your experience with us. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!

We decided to use the cbd oil by all members of the family. I started having much better sleep and my 3 girls improved concentration and minimized stress related issues. Our DS youngest one improved her cognitive skills. Thank you all Cannabidiol life team for providing a quality product with an amazing service and for an afordale Price and so many discount oportunities. Blessings.

very disappointed when i went to…
very disappointed when i went to reorder my 1oz bottle of 3,000mg cbd oil with the 40% discount i have been hoping to see again. and i ordered what the website said was the strongest cbd oil only to find it is 1/2 the strength of what i've been using . you apparently changed your formula , i get that . but it is very deceiving to call half the strength of my last order from you as "strongest ". i felt duped and disappointed and i am mailing them back for a refund.
Response from Cannabidiol LifeDec 12, 2019
Hi Kari, We are so sorry to hear you were disappointed with the bottle of 6,000 mg. CBD oil that you ordered. We have changed the formulation, but it is actually an improved from how it was. The "strongest" is speaking on the total amount of milligrams in the bottle, which is the highest amount of milligrams we have. We would love to have one of our Customer Care team contact you to see how we can help.
