I have tried many different CBD products and brands. This one by far has the best options and quality in my opinion. Another benefit is the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Hi Kelly, We sincerely apologize if USPS is taking longer than normal with your package. Due to the global pandemic, shipping times have been taking longer than normal. Your order was placed on May 1, 2020, and we shipped your order out the same day with the free 3-5 business day shipping option. Unfortunately, we are unable to control delivery times once it leaves our warehouse. I tracked your package, and per USPS's website, your order is "out for delivery" today. The expected delivery time is between 1:15 pm and 5:15 pm. We will have someone from our customer service team contact you to see if there is anything we can do to make your experience better. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

First time customer
I spoke with Kat at Cannabidol Life twice: once about completing about my order; and second about information about a product after it arrived. She was extremely courteous, sweet and helpful. It was very comforting to get a live person on the phone within 1 minute of calling and not dealing with automated messages over and over again. I will definitely continue to be a customer because of the care and kindness the company has portrayed thus far. (sidenote - the gummies are delicious!)
