I called customer service last month regarding my recurring order. The Vitality supplement was very light in color, not at all like previous months. I questioned the quality. I was completely dismissed when I called with concerns. Representative seemed to be reading off a script of why there was not a problem with my order despite asking not a single question or caring at all. I like the product, but this experience broke my trust in the company some. Especially since this month, I received a new order and it was the exactly same color as it has been all the months before so Im now certain that there was something off about the quality of my July order.
