The site is hard to navigate
The site is hard to navigate and it charged and sent 3 orders when I was trying figure out my points and how to apply them. It is not user friendly

Although I have not had success with…
Although I have not had success with the products as of this writing I was willing to try them. However they have the most rude customer service people I have ever dealt with. Because of this, I could not recommend this company.
