I wish I could rate the actual product…
I wish I could rate the actual product but 11 days later and I still don't have my purchase. I understand with third party shipping there is little control with lead time but some sort of heads up that this would be 2 weeks would be appreciated. Don't send me an email that my order is complete when it isn't. Don't send me an email to rate your store when the product is still days away from arriving. It only aggravates my impatience. I am aware that we are entitled with Amazon's 2 day shipping but there are things you can do to facilitate customer expectations.
