Save yourself the trouble
The Good - The different shops are pretty consistent with cleanliness and friendliness The Bad - The knowledge of diesel engines is very limited in my opinion. Their pricing structure is also to a point where I seriously feel like I'm being robbed. $215 dollars for an oil change on a 2.8 is highway robbery especially when the average price is 180, on the high end! I had limited options at the time so I went with it. They attempted to charge me over $1400 to replace the hot and cold turbo intake hoses when the Dealer would've charged me 918. I ended up doing them myself in 45 minutes. Shop supplies is the cost of doing business however, it is literally a line item for them. I won't be visiting their shop anymore
