Plastic wrap on Japanese 151 booster box had a tear

CaveGamers was formed in 2010 with the main focus of repairing Xbox 360s. The infamous Red Ring of Death was a massive issue with these systems, so there was never a shortage of units to repair. Over the years, we evolved from doing repairs and expanded our product selection to a wide variety of video games, systems, and toys. We take pride in the unique nature of the products we carry, the quality of our refurbishment, and the care we show our customers. We hope you find what you are looking for and have a great CaveGamers shopping experience. It has been an honor to have served over 500,000 satisfied customers!

Plastic wrap on Japanese 151 booster box had a tear

The condition of the shell was not good, it was pretty scratched up. The touch screen had scratches on it. When I took the back cover off to look at the SD card there was a dark sticky substance like someone spilled a soda over it. I understand it is used but for the price I paid I feel that the condition should’ve been a little better. I will say their customer service is on the better side and will reach out to resolve the issue.

Ultimately, I received the item I was wanting. The shipping item was well packaged and am satisfied with that, thanks to CaveGamers. Though, I did notice when I got my DS, it came with a black universal stylus. This was not shown in the photos and was not mentioned in the item description. Should I have known this beforehand, it would've been very helpful in my decision of the purchase.
