I bought 2 well over a year ago and the cats STILL love to play, chase, and sleep in them. They've definitely stood the test of time and still look like they did on the day they arrived.

Only one of my 3 kitties are ever interested in the product. She is also the youngest. The other two are older and are not very good with the product.

This is an excellent product. I have an 8 month old kitten who is very high energy. This is something that she plays with with her older brother who is less than 2 years old. So I have two kitties with lots of energy. And this really helps me from trying to entertain them when I am busy. They entertain themselves. And when they're done they both fall asleep in it. I have to say this is the best purchase that I have ever made for them. I highly recommend..

Even my most non- engaging cat loves the donuts. She hides inside and reigns from ontop. It's nice to see her engaging and not hiding under the bed or in the closet. The others play and chose one another inside and out and eventually snuggle fown to nap in their hidie hole. Such fun. I need 5 more for gifts...in time.

My cats LOVE the cat cave! I have 9 cats and they rarely leave it alone! I bought 2, 1 for upstairs and downstairs. The only negative is not having a 2x size available for my big tomcat! He tries to get in and it's so sad to watch.

The team was very helpful. I forgot to update the shipping info and so it shipped to the wrong address. I emailed support and they sent out a new one to the correct address. They resolved everything and my Grandcats are very happy with their early Christmas present. I appreciated how quickly they rectified my mistake. Thank you again for the help.
