My cat cave was never delivered. Customer support ignores my e-mails and their listed phone 1-856-318-9951 does not answer. I’ve called over 30 times and sent 6 e-mails. No response. I’m fear this site may be a scam

My cat cave arrived in a timely manner, & was not difficult to put together. The cats started exploring it right away. I'm glad I got the biggest one - my big fluffy boy fit in it just fine. They love the round bed on top, and the hole in it so they can swat at each other. I know the fabric will hold up well to claw sharpening, too. I would recommend this to all my cat-owning friends!

I recently bought 2 Cattasaurus pet items. One of them is unused, I don't know why, but they won't go near it. The other one, OMG, they LOVE that thing. They have never played together as much as they are right now with this Cattasaurus item. We love it.

My cats loved the donut immediately! I didn't even get a chance to fully unbox it before they jumped in it! After a week of having it, the cats use it more than their beds. What could use some fixing is how the product is shipped. It comes folded up and results in creases and divets that don't seem to go away.

My cat has yet to scratch my couch since I've bought this product. He lives scratching the inside of the cave and sleeping on the top. Thank y'all for protecting my couch.
