Hi Diana, We're truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand that the support process may have felt lengthy and frustrating, and we apologize if our requests for photos and videos made the resolution process seem complicated. We only ask for this information so our team can properly assess reported issues, verify what happened, and provide the most appropriate solution as fairly and quickly as possible. Our intention has always been to help resolve concerns rather than leave customers without support, which is why replacement options were offered based on the information available to us. However, we completely understand that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for. We sincerely regret that this experience left you feeling disappointed, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Comments like yours help us review and improve our processes moving forward. We wish you all the best and thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. 🤍

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that return policies can sometimes feel restrictive, especially when compared to larger retailers. We do our best to clearly outline our return and eligibility policies on our website before purchase, as many of our items are made-to-order, personalized, or produced in limited quantities, which can make them ineligible for standard returns. While these policies help us maintain the quality and customization of our products, we understand they may not suit every customer's expectations. That said, we always strive to assist when issues arise and look for reasonable solutions whenever possible. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve communication and customer experience. Thank you again for your support and for giving us the opportunity to serve you. 🤍
