Smooth Process
No issues with website browsing, product cost, ordering, communication, shipping fees, tracking, delivery.... it was a very smooth process from start to finish. Often I need clarification about certain issues when I place an order, but I did not experience this with my recent order. I didn't need to ask questions about the product. I did not need to think twice about the product or shipping costs which were very reasonable, not being charged a higher price than what other merchants were asking, and not being required to pay an unnecessary priority mail fee. I did not need to send an email requesting for the tracking number. And my order was packaged well and delivered without signs of damage. In other words, once I clicked the payment button on their website, I did not have to do anything else. I received my order confirmation, shipping verification, tracking number, and finally, in a timely manner, I received my order which was in excellent condition and exactly what I had wanted. ,
