I ordered two dresses for weddings from Rosa Apparal. One was for my daughter’s wedding. I bought a gorgeous dress that was tailored to my body for the event. And I had another dress for 2 other weddings Ck that was chosen by my lovely Taylor Layla.

So frustrating!! Ordered a dress and it looked nothing like the picture! Then they tell me that they will not fully refund me because I can gift it to someone..I’ve been emailing them several times to get a refund and they still refuse to refund in full. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anything from here!!

I am absolutely furious. The company are refusing to give me a full refund. I do not want another dress. I do not want a 'partial refund' which is a joke . If I send the dress back i am being quoted an extortionate £30 return cost which is ridiculous. I would be happy to return the dress and i know the cost would be alot less if i sent it myself, but the company does not allow this. The website states" 1. Hassle-Free Return Within 15 Days We hope you love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to ensure your shopping experience remains easy and hassle-free." I purchased the dress from the UK website. According to UK consumer rights..... "Buying online, via mail order or from home On top of all the other protections described above, there are major advantages to buying online, via mail order, or simply from home. Thanks to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, in most cases you have the right to cancel your order and get a refund – even if you've just changed your mind. When do I have the right to cancel? The Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to contracts for goods or services (including digital content) of any value ordered from an EU-based business via mail order, phone or online. You're also protected if buying something costing more than £42 away from a normal seller's premises (usually at your home or work)." Do not buy from this company. I will be seeking further legal support if there is not a resolution including a full refund and a reasonable return cost. I have had a further email stating that a full refund is offered if the dress doesn't fit??? But if it doesn't fit they offer solutions to getting it altered or exchanged .....not a full refund! But my point is the dress just doesn't look or feel good on ...but that is refused for a full refund !!

Great experience with Cathnina. The website is very easy to navigate. I was looking for a wedding suit for my husband and a particular color he wanted. I selected a 3 piece suit including a vest. The color he wanted was lilac. Cathnina offers a multitude of color and lilac was one of their colors. I selected one of their sizes which was a Small as opposed to a custom made suit. My husband's size was within the dimensions they listed. The suit came within a timely manner except the ( vest) was missing. I wrote to their customer service and they responded immediately. They approved my request for a vest and it was sent to me in a timely manner. Cathy was the customer service representative and she is very easy to work with. The 3 piece suit is a beautiful LILAC color. My husband was pleased and received many compliments at the wedding. I most definitely recommend this company and will order from them again. My reasons include great customer service, variety of colors to select from, website easy to navigate and place an order, various sizes to select from or you can order a custom made outfit, and their description of clothing is accurate. My husband and I are very pleased with this company and will order from them again.

Custom sizing was great, color was beautiful, and the dress wore perfectly. It arrived in time for the wedding. I recommend this site.
