Better before they increased calorie count per serving.
I used to really like this cereal before they changed their ingredients. Previously, the calorie total for a serving (36 grams) was 110. I'm not sure what they changed, but now the calorie total for the same 36 grams is 150. A difference of +40 calories per serving is significant in my book. I still buy this cereal when it's on sale at Costco, but much less. On the positive side, the calorie change forced me to consider other protein cereal alternatives and I've found a greater variety of protein cereals I enjoy.
