I purchased two masks and filters. They took nearly a month to arrive. When received, I followed the instructions for set up, but found it incredibly difficult to breath through the mask and found myself gasping or air when I took it off. I have not used it at all since. Unfortunately these are non-returnable, even though I have not opened the second. Over $100 lost in total. Buyer beware.

This rubber/plastic mask does not fit my face and leaves room for air to blow back into my eyes when I breathe. It is useless.

What a waste of money! Poor quality. I looked at this and wondered how could anyone actually think this is an adequate facemask/filter? Looks like it was made by some poorly-trained and poorly-paid third-world factory worker.

Where do I begin? Of all the masks I’ve purchased to try, this is the all time worse one. Very uncomfortable. Smells horrid. Flimsy straps. Sorry, but the marketing of the product is great. Too bad the product doesn’t live up to it. Oh...one more thing...Castlegrade promotes the mask as FDA N95 “registered”. These masks are not on the approved N95 lists of CDC & NIOSH. Follow up: I’ve read your reply and unfortunately now am even less impressed with your company. I only use NIOSH rated N95 masks at work (healthcare/hospital) which are degradable. And I use KN95 masks outside of work. Your ads are misleading. Period.

Hey VK, Thanks for the feedback. Curious if other masks you've tried are lab tested for over 95% efficacy, designed with no vents or exhalation valves, and create a proper complete seal around your face? Our goal was never to create the most comfortable mask; it was to create an equally effective, more comfortable, and sustainable alternative to disposables that are filling our oceans with waste and leaving our frontline workers with face marks that last days or weeks. Regarding the smell, you can run the mask a few times in the dishwasher which should help significantly.

Buying from Castlegrade has been perhaps the most frustrating purchasing experience of any mask vendor I have dealt with during the pandemic. Each communication with them was replied to with excuses and I have still not received what I ordered. I appreciate the product that they have attempted to develop, but I do not appreciate how this consumer has been treated.

Hey Joe, I am so sorry, I can see that your ear straps were never delivered. The first shipment we sent was lost by fedex and then, to be perfectly candid, there was an internal communication error that led to us dropping the ball on correcting/reshipping your order. So sorry again, we are having it sent to you ASAP.

I never received the product even though fedex claims it was delivered. I emailed multiple times to advise and did not get a response. You have horrible customer service. I am still waiting before I go to the BBB.
