Mask is too small, straps pull your hair, and it's nonreturnable. Would not recommend.

Mask was uncomfortable and didn’t make a full seal. Complained to company and they sent me a new strap that didn’t help the mask fit better. Also, basically impossible to talk to people with it on because you’re voice is so muffled. Do not buy .

I didn't want to do this. I had very high hopes for this mask. I would not have written this if someone would have got back to me after my two attempts to deal with my mask in September. It sits in the box that it came in, collecting dust, and I'm unable to use it. The mask not only did not fit but the amount of sweat it accumulated around my face left it moving around and completely uncomfortable. To feel that you purchased an item for 50+ dollars and no one could follow up really makes one wonder if that is all that matters to your company. I am not working at the moment because I work in a restaurant. So putting out the money for this item was a stretch. I realize their are probably many people that this item worked beautifully. I am sure those that are happy have a face that works with this mask. But my experience has left me disappointed and not trusting your company and what it stands for. I wish this was was not the review that I felt honestly needed to be written.

Bad design- uncomfortable , too small smells like solvent even after washing , made in China

Never received the products I ordered. Emailed customer service and was told FedEx lost my package and a replacement will be shipped out. Two weeks later and still nothing!!

If I could give this product zero stars, I would. I am a physician and I live in masks. This mask is terrible. It certainly does not fit average to large faces. And the construction is terrible. It is a complete waste of money. Do not purchase. Also, there are no returns so don't even think of trying it out.

This company is as disreputable as they come. We bought two of them masks. They are so uncomfortable that we cannot use them. The masks are no more than a ripoff. The company promised to send us two new straps that would allegedly make the masks more comfortable and therefore useable. However, the company has refused to send the new straps. THis is no more than a ripoff. I would stay away from this company. It is my individual, personal, subjective belief that I was ripped off by this company.  Therefore, it is my individual, personal, subjective opinion and belief, that the company is incompetent, dishonest, and/or unethical.  The foregoing review solely provides my individual, personal, subjective opinions, beliefs, and interpretations.
