there's definitely been a manufacturing or supply issue. after not receiving a long awaited packaged i reached out to cs they were great from there. upfront information would have been better

We emailed you several times to keep you updated - please check your spam as that’s where our emails probably are sitting! Good news is that we received replenishments and are ready to ship the moment orders come in! Since we can’t accept returns we wait a day in case someone changes their mind and the few that do seem to appreciate that.
