First off, this is a great product and I feel very safe using it. Two gripes of mine which I think are probably not possible to fix are that since this is basically a closed mask, it sounds like you're talking through a can when you speak. I've had to lift the lip of it many times to make my voice clear. The other one is that this collects A LOT of moisture. I don't know how you remedy that and still have a safe product thought. Otherwise, I love the durability, design and ease of changing out the filters.

I LOVE my mask! It was delayed in shipping because of the great demand, but Dan and his team kept me informed. It felt tight initially compared to a cloth mask, but I have adjusted and love it. Background: I am a pediatrician who had COVID early on with multiple long standing complications. I am back seeing patients and wanted a mask that would protect me since one can get this again. This is FDA approved as an N95 equivalent, and is not wasteful because the only thing that gets tossed is the tiny filter. I am getting ready to purchase another one in another color to "entertain" my patients! Thanks Dan!!!

Need to make the mask extra large cause the med/large that i got is tight and small. But you can tell that it could be comfortable if we can have a mask for big round faces like mind. 🙂

When I first got my mask, it was too tight on my face even using the longest strap on the lowest notch. I sent an email to customer service about it and they sent me ear straps at no cost to help alleviate my fit issues. Although the ear straps tend to pull at my ears, I get a really good fit now using one of those ear saver devices on the back of my head in combination with the ear loops. Problems solved, great service!

Wish you had shipping alternatives to Fedex- I have had NOTHING BUT SERIOUS PROBLEMS ON EVERY SHIPMENT NOT DELIVERED, BUT SHIPPED BY Fedex. I live in a locked apartment building, with access the postal service has. Fedex doesn't have the access key, so I've had to leave the apartment access unlocked from 8 AM to 8 PM. Even posting that for the Fedex driver, they still NEVER delivered ANY incoming packages. Because of that, I had my order sent to a friend I will be seeing Thanksgiving weekend in Alabama. If I cannot get replacement filters sent via the US postal service, it will be the last shipment I order, because NO ONE (myself included) pays for something THEY KNOW THEY WILL NEVER GET because of the incompetence of the delivery 'service'.

I would like to give you guys a 5, however I need a longer strap! Is there any way you can send me a longer strap?

I just got the mask, and it does seal pretty well, and breathes reasonably well. I can't get the strap to fit comfortably though. One part is tight enough, or even too tight, while the other part is very loose. Maybe I'm missing something about how it works. I wore it for about an hour and the tightness started to bother me a bit, and the seal felt a bit less secure by the end, but I think that may just take some getting used to. ETA: I've ordered the ear straps to try out. Thanks for offering to refund the shipping.

I like the G series mask a lot more than the cloth or paper masks. I have glasses so the silicone mask fits much snugger and my glasses don't fog
