I put this mask on and immediately my daughter and spouse erupted into laughter. Company will not refund because it’s ppe🤨. This may be good for Halloween if I want to come as an alien, but I am out the $’s. Don’t make the same mistake.

This device is too small to be of any use to me. If it fits comfotaby on the nose, it slips off the chin & vice versa. The non-adjustable headband presses the mask uncomfortably against the face. ( I wear a 71/2 hat.) And I am not sure it complies as a Covid-19 face mask, as exhaled breath is discharged unfiltered No information on returns was provided, else I would have returned it.

We haven't received our shipment yet.

The mask is uncomfortable and the responsiveness from the company is very subpar.

Does not fit my face properly. Uncomfortable to wear. Rubber strap rips my hair out.

The mask is terrible. Way to tight and it is near impossible to breath,-0. I want a refund please.

Mask does not fit even though I got the largest size. No one has returned my calls or emails.

Jack, of you are a larger person we have a larger mask coming out next month that we can arrange for you. All sales are final but we do accommodate respectful customers) so please donate the mask to someone in need in the meantime. Dishwasher it and gift it to a local hospital or traveling nurse as they need it most.

The M/L mask did not fit either of us so it was a total waste of money- filters and all!

Cat you never notified customer service of your issue and just left a review??? ...please always work with customer service before leaving a review. We always help our customers find their fit and the right straps if they need something different. Ps. When a reviewer writes “it doesn’t fit somehow they forget it fits thousands of other people but you correctly stated it doesn’t fit “us”. . So thanks for that! . Also better to work with the team who is very responsive before leaving comments like this.
