As a healthcare worker I am wearing my mask for about 10hrs/day. The mask itself has been great. Even though my shipment was delayed due to the promise of new and improved straps, that is the part of this mask that I am most displeased with. I am a female of average-ish weight and height (5’4 130lbs) and even at the largest setting, the straps are painful at times. I’d be more happy if each mask came with the behind the ear strap options or the behind the head strap options. All in all, good mask.

They are very expensive for how tight and uncomfortable they are. The tiny filter make breathing very difficult when it is on properly. This was a regrettable purchase. I’m sure they work very well if you tolerate the pinching and lack of oxygen.

I was not aware of how large the face mask was and it certainly is of professional grade. I probably would =not have purchased had I known. I take responsibility for that.

The mask is OK. It's not very comfortable on me - perhaps because of my facial hair. It's a little unwieldily to get on and off. If I was in a healthcare profession or a high-risk vocation, I'd find a lot of value in the superior protection that a mask like this would offer. However, I only need a mask to walk around the neighborhood or go to the grocery store - so I find that a much cheaper (and more comfortable) cloth mask works just fine.

I have trouble breathing with this mask and prefer masks that hook around ears...easier to get on and off and better with long hair

The silicone strap is too tight

the product is a great concept and it is well made. The execution of the product need some work though. The company was very good about replacing the original strap that was way to short. The new strap is OK but could still use a bit more length so the mask does not dig into my face. Masks need to be tight, I realize that, but if it is uncomfortable, it won't be used. That is the case with this mask for me. The other design flaw I found that the mask tips forward when you try to put it on because there is a narrow balance point where the mask meets the strap.
