This appears to be a quality product but I'll never be able to use it since the mask is much too small (size: "med/large") for me or my wife. I would not recommend this product unless you are very small indeed. Otherwise, don't waste your money. The masks are not returnable.

Voice quality is far too muffled to function properly and The strap that wraps around the head could not stay off of my ear.

service was below par. Paid extra for 2-day delivery, but instead got several day delivery which was postponed twice before actually arriving. Appears not to contain additional filters, though promised.

I cannot use the mask because it does not properly seal around my nose. It lets air through in both directions as I breathe in and out. I tried to make it fit better but the problem remains. Further, if I force it to seal by using my fingers to close the space around the bridge of my nose, I find it difficult to breathe. The filter is small in area and offers too much resistance to breathing through it. The mask is otherwise well constructed and could work for anyone whose it nose bridge allows a proper seal. Since I cannot return the mask, I am losing the price of the mask, about 35 dollars.

We are happy to switch you to our new T10 mask when it comes out next month. Unfortunately we don’t do that for 3 star ratings!

The mask is too small and does not fit comfortably. My friends even say it looks small Good idea but execution comes up short.

Re-read what you received. The name of the mask is G-Series. NEVER does it say G95. We ARE FDA registered N95. Check the FDA website. Clearly marked on our website where to find it.

I want to give this product a fair review but the truth is I couldn't even use it. The size of the mask was just to small to be usable. I thought that got the wrong size when I received it. In addition, the strap provided was much too tight/small. I hope Castlegrade reads these reviews and makes the necessary changes.

The filter has little holes in it, which makes the mask almost useless and also dangerous. The mask doesn’t pass the candle test. I can’t blow out the candle but I sure can move the flame around wearing this mask. My triple layer cotton masks are better.

Anne, the candle test (which is a homemade test that ZERO medical organizations use such as the CDC or FDA or ISO) doesn’t apply to a form fitting mask that requires all air enter and exit through one hole at the center. We follow and meet all FDA and ISO requirements and scored a 98.4 on the NaCL NIOSH test. As for the “holes”, that’s a STANDARD stitching process for medical 4ply filters like ours and it’s called Ultrasonic welding. We would not have the results or ZERO cases of COVID reported to us since we launched if we sold a filter with”holes”. Please feel free to adjust your review once you read up on our labs and the 5 star reviews from ICU physicians (there are about 60 on this site and 200 on our site). Thanks!

Great concept, A- for effort. However, my first trip into Costco the mask was literally sliding off of my face after 30-45 minutes due to moisture buildup inside the mask which accumulated in a “pool” at the bottom of the mask. I ordered the M/L so I’m not sure what else could’ve been done.

Hi Tiffany, make sure you watch the how to videos on our website as that should not be happening if worn properly and if the straps are adjusted correctly. If you have a lot of hair you may need the ear straps.
