Heidi, we are pretty good about working with customers who take the time to find their fit. We often find people don’t take the time to watch the how to videos. Where we can’t help is when someone says “it’s horrible and I wasted money”. Clearly people LOVE the mask. We can’t seem to keep it in stock and 70pct of our customers are REPEAT customers. Take this opportunity to donate your mask to someone in need rather than see it as a “waste”. That’s our advice.

Hi Leslie, we apologize for the long wait. We had shifted everyone from blue to different colors and were clear that blue would be a while. Maybe check your spam folder for our weekly Friday updates. We hope you feel it was worth the wait and sorry we let you down. Thankfully blue is back in stock in a big way and we have enough for everyone now!

So sorry about the delays. We made those clear on our website and we updated everyone weekly until everything arrived. The delay was so that we could update the mask with new features and improvements. We think better to ship right then ship wrong and early! Sorry we let you down.
