Honestly, the best stretching device I’ve ever used. I never realized how much of a difference properly stretching could make until I started using CastleFlexx. I used to rely on bands and straps, but once I switched to CastleFlexx, I could actually feel a difference in how my body was recovering. My mobility has improved a ton, and I just feel better overall. I also deal with sciatica, and using my CastleFlexx daily has really helped me manage the discomfort I feel in my lower back and knees. It’s become something I genuinely look forward to using every day.

I have had my Castleflexx for a few years now. I really loved using it, but for some reason I find I dont use it at all. I will say I am put off my the subscrption excercise programs but other than that, I don’t really engage with it. I really expected to have a few programs of exercises come with the equipment. So as much as I loved using it I really needed more of a program. And not a subscription.

This little amazing tool helps with chronic pain and strengthens my legs. I love this simple easy way to stretch out my legs!! I highly recommend the Castleflex!! I’ve been using CastleFlex for a few years now. I’ve given it to family members and they love it. It’s part of my daily routine!! Especially at night when I lay down for sleep. Relaxes my muscles and takes the ache away.

You have a stated 100 day return policy, So when I got my Castleflex I realized that I should have ordered the extra large instead of the large. I returned it and a few weeks later I got it back in the mail saying you do not accept returns anymore? Bit of a joke

This is a great product. I had IT band issues and really tight calves, and the Castleflexx helped me tremendously. I use it frequently after runs and anytime I’m feeling sore. 100% worth it.

I love the concept of this item. I did purchase the more luxury upgrade item, with the cork handles. I haven't quite mastered the usability of it being full body. I struggle with the arms and stuff to make it work for me. But leg wise I'm pretty comfortable using it. If I could change anything about it, I would make the handles more cushioned, with a cushion in the center. I actually use it more, and in a better way, in the center of the stick more then i do the end handles. But the center is just metal, and the gap between metal and fabric is small. That's my only critique.

@Castleflexx is the best!!! We apply it to most every single patient we treat daily. As a clinician, it’s like having another set of hands for the patient to implement stretching protocols! It’s the BEST active stretching device you can get in the medical industry.
