CastleFlexx is a collection of patented health and recovery inventions. USA Made. USA Owned. Established to heal in 2022.A note from inventor Dan Castle:My goal was to change how chronic pain was being treated. This would require that I design a solution which could achieve1) Toe Dorsiflexion since the plantar fascia activates the entire posterior chain when its pulled back and engaged unlike with straps and bands which leave the muscle groups in the leg inactive2) Relaxing natural grip for longer stretch sessions, no more rope burn please!3) A more practical, convenient, and financially responsible solution that would target the ROOT cause of the chronic pain.I began testing Castleflexx and after just a few days everything changed for me. I felt a release in my back I hadn’t felt before. Shortly thereafter, I felt noticeable improvement in many other areas. For example, I stopped getting plantar fasciitis completely. GONE. After a few months of using CastleFlexx for 8 to 16 minutes a day, I began to feel better, move better and even look better. My wife Carly, who had also begun using CastleflFlexx, experienced significant improvement and no longer complains about her hip pain and sciatica. Life just got better for both of us.I hope our device which has a less than 2% return rate and is made in the USA helps you too!Dan Castle

This company has an essentially useless product and they lie about their refund policy and charge you extra $5 to be able to get a full refund and then they don't give you a full refund when when they email you and say they will. Then they just ignore your messages. Terrible product even worse customer service. Update to their response: not only is this patronizing and condescending, but it's factually incorrect. I am a veteran...a USMC combat veteran to be precise. And I didn't verify because your system didn't ask. And I definitely DID purchase the return insurance, as verified by your employee at the time. You guys are a bunch of keyboard warriors with a bad attitude and no integrity. Pathetic.

2. Nathan Orr: Nathan, thank you for your service, and thank you for holding us accountable. I've read this whole exchange and I'm sorry, both for the refund problem and for how our replies came across. You deserved better, and I'm not going to argue any of the details. I'd like to fix this personally: email me directly at [email protected] and I'll make sure your refund is handled in full, today. - Dan Castle, Founder

very expensive! it is still the same stretching that you can do by your OWN practical or resourceful stretching.
Response from castleflexx.comSep 1, 2026
We respectfully disagree! CastleFlexx was specifically designed to provide controlled leverage and assistance during stretches, helping you reach and hold positions that can be difficult to achieve on your own. You can learn more about how it works on our website and YouTube channel at CastleFlexx. This has helped thousands of people, you just need to learn how to properly use it!

I contacted Castleflexx for details on their return policies due to being such an expensive product. I was having a hard time finding any details about the return policy on the website. Castleflexx: You have 30 days to return. Me: Any return fees for return: Castleflexx: Not if you include the redo insurance. Me: I have no idea what that is. Could you please answer my questions with a little more substance. This is giving me red flags to be frank. Castleflexx: I think we are not the right fit for you. Best of luck and feel better! Keep in mind these responses are the full email response. I see many red flags in this conversation! Not wanting to communicate the policy effectively and clearly is one major red flag. I would completely avoid this company. This probably the worst customer service I have received ever especially when I haven't even purchased it yet. If you Castleflexx stands by their product and believes in it I would think you would be more forthcoming about policies. AVOID AVOID AVOID Edit: So after I told them I reviewed them on Trustpilot I got a response back from the company. They literally threatened to get me fired from my job. These people are literally insane.

Mindy, I'm sorry for the experience you had with us. It isn't how CastleFlexx treats anyone, full stop. If you're open to it, I'd like to hear what happened directly: [email protected] - Dan Castle, Founder

Never received the product, and I live in Atlanta where this is supposedly made and shipped from. Didn't have the option to request a refund - only a return. Very disappointed that I never received it, that a replacement shipment wasn't sent, and that this might have been a scam.

I wish I could offer more than one star, but the customer service is uniquely and appallingly bad, and I believe the company may be falsely claiming to offer multiple sizes when that is not actually true. I ordered the “Long” size, which is marketed as being designed for people who are 5’9” to 6’4”. When I received the device, it did not appear to be made for taller people, so I contacted the company to ask a straightforward question: what is the actual length of the “Long” device compared to the regular version? The response I received was nonsensical. I was told that if there was an “L” sticker on the box, that alone proved it was a Long. When I explained that I no longer had the box and reiterated my request for the measurements themselves, I was met with continued evasion. In total, I wrote six additional times asking for the physical dimensions of the Long versus the Regular, and not once did the company provide that information. Why would any legitimate company refuse to disclose the physical measurements of a device they sell? This was not a one-time oversight — it was a consistent refusal to share basic, objective information that any customer should reasonably expect to have before purchasing a product where size and fit matter. Eventually, they offered an exchange. But since they never disclosed the measurements in the first place, there was no way to know whether the replacement would actually be a different or more appropriate size. An exchange without sizing information is essentially meaningless. This experience has left me questioning whether the different “sizes” they sell are meaningfully different at all. Without disclosed measurements, customers cannot verify fit, compare options, or make informed decisions — especially when different sizes are priced differently. Refusing to disclose basic dimensions is not standard practice for legitimate consumer products and fundamentally undermines trust. Transparency here would take seconds. The continued refusal suggests either extremely poor customer service or that the sizing distinctions are largely arbitrary. Either way, this is a serious red flag, and I would not purchase from this company again.

This is an interesting one, we agree with you in theory but chinese factories have been emailing us for the same exact measurements so we have decided to require someone to purchase to see exact dimensions. The box has the sizing on it, if you discarded the box thats OK. I will reach out to you directly and try too resolve. Thanks for taking the time to review either way. We have 120k customers, in 5 years weve gotten 10 bad reviews on TrustPilot, we will try our best to make things right for you, emailing you now.

Grossly overpriced product. Terrible and rude customer service. You can find products that will obtain the same results for $20.
Response from castleflexx.comAug 31, 2026
Derek, thank you for the honest feedback. I'm sorry our customer service came across as rude - that's never acceptable, whatever the price question. On price: we build CastleFlexx to last for years, but if it didn't earn its keep for you I'd rather make that right than debate it. I'm at [email protected]. - Dan Castle, Founder
