Overall a good experience. Could not find the toy hauler we wanted anywhere west of Minnesota; and Castle Country was only dealer in intermountain west interested enough to order one. Our "walkthrough" was very detailed with knowledgable sales manager. Since delivery, have found only a few very minor issues that we fixed. So why not 5 stars: customer communication needs some work; salesman was not there (day off) on our scheduled pickup day, were not informed that interior trim color was different than what we ordered and no contact with us after purchase.

Bought a new travel trailer and added solar panels with lithium batteries along with larger propane tanks. Customer service is great. Pricing was a little better than average. A few weeks out, still working to get the propane tanks installed and working with the manufacturer to have a defective wall panel replaced.

Salesman was helpful, and seemed reliable. A little lacking in knowledge of units specs and components. Nice folks.

We just put a down payment on a new trailer and will be picking it up this week. We are out of state and are driving over 700 miles to get there and are on a limited time to pick up and drive another 700 miles home. We've been working with John and so far have agreed to meet the day we get there and do a thorough walk thru and paperwork. We are hoping that everything is cleaned, turned on and some water put in the fresh tank, propane tanks are full and 2 new batteries have been installed and everything has been gone through all before we arrive so that we can make sure EVERYTHING works perfectly before we leave. We will update this review after we take delivery. Hoping to give Castle Country RV 5 stars when we drive away with the new trailer.

We purchased our 44 Houston from Castle Country RV and overall it was a good buying experience. The walk through on the interior at pickup was a little bit rushed could have used more time on that. The outside walk around and explanation of things was very good, Thanks Matt. Overall our buying experience was good and would purchase from Castle Country again.

These guys were really good to work with my only thing is that when I went to pick the trailer up there was no battery in it and it was covered in dust, I guess I just assumed I was picking up a trailer that was clean and inspected. The trailer works awesome though!!

The buying experience was fine, however when it has come to getting warranty work completed they just refuse to do anything! I have called to schedule appointment since November and every time I speak to somebody they say let us check the schedule and will get back to you. Never once have I received a callback. They are more than willing to take your money initially but when it comes to standing by a product they sell refuse to provide any additional customer service. 4/25/2019-end the end Castle country RV, did make everything right. It did take some time, but the warranty work was completed. 7/8/2019-I was going camping today for the first time this year, after the warranty service was complete. One of the items was fixing the tv mount. I went to turn the tv on and found the lcd screen was broke, only when the tv was on. I called Castle country RV, and they were great to get the TV fixed. End the end I would buy from them again.
