If I could leave negative stars I would!! From start to finish I’ve had one issue after another. We had to have a hitch installed that ended up taking over 6 hours and we were quoted 2. Our camper had some cosmetic issues upon inspection those issues were never addressed with the MFGR. Slept in my brand new camper 2 nights after a total of 80 miles of travel to our location and home...NUMEROUS ISSUES with the unit came to light so we contact Castle Country RV...seemed as though things were going to be set straight I’m a quick fashion or so I was told. After weeks of phone calls and little to no response from Castle Country and between pointing fingers from MFGR and Castle Country I picked up my camper with half the work done that was supposed to be!! very very dissatisfied and wouldn’t buy a dog house from these people!!!

My Outside Frig Cover disappeared, just a few hours after purchase. They refused to reimburse. At least 15 problems with NEW rig, at pickup ! Same old story; they smile at purchase pick up, and don't know you afterwords. How can you run a biz like that !!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience I have had buying an RV. Drove 7 hours to buy my RV and they didn't even have it at that location had to go back 3 hours North to the Logan Utah location. 6 hours of unnecessary driving and fuel costs And seem like they didn't even care.

You were all in to sell the camper and when I left I get the run around for a $10.00 part for the fantastic fan knob to make the fan over the bed I won’t recommend this place to anyone are wont be back to,replace my trailer Paul Irons

Don't buy from these people they sold us a 50000 piece of crap they won't warranty anything we have been waiting now for 3 months to have kitchen chairs replaced and find out they haven't even ordered them won't fix fridge or thermostat or replace curtains that have screws poking out Won't return phone calls just keep pawning off to anyone they have very poor customer service Warning don't purchase from these people

Bought a camper site unseen, emailed them about the things that were damaged, and thing that were missing. Like a table, bunk ladder, and haven't got a reply. I recommend if you are buying from Utah, go to salt lake city and purchase it. Stay away from helper Utah and Logan Utah..

Bought camper online from out of state. Camper pics on there website and one I received are two different interiors(colors) They ordered me a capture plate and it was wrong. Couch had long marks on leather couch and they wouldn't fix nor warranty. Once you sign papers the communication falls apart. They sent my title paperwork to wrong county then wanted me to fix it for them.. The county they sent the paperwork to sent it back to them. That being said im on threw my second temp tag and still no paperwork so I cant get plates>.. Alex the finance and gm nor the owner will contact me what a joke these people are!!!

I would not buy toilet paper from them. Put money down on a specific trailer, and accessories and they sold it to someone else. Also having to deal with people that would not call me back and botched the paperwork left and right is not fun. Trying to sell me stuff I did not ask for was just a complete waste. Also complaining to heartland about them. Thank God for Darren Bideoux RV. They took care of my warranty needs. Should have bought from them instead. Castle country is a complete joke
