The timely manner of which the product showed up and was delivered was refreshing and the condition of the package when arrived was still in good condition.

I ordered from this business
I ordered from this business, and they sent the wrong item. When I reached out to resolve the issue, they refused to provide a refund. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and accountability—definitely would not recommend.

Hi Ali, We did not send the wrong item, as confirmed by several emails sent to you after you ordered. We also do not offer returns on personal skincare items as we do not accept them back due to health risks.

I paid for 2 days shipping and it still…
