Quick and easy

Joe did a teriffic job! No deal yet but great customer service.

The Sales person turned into really different person in just 2 months. The company showed the true colors of being funding company once they know that how badly you were looking to get loan? Certain statements he was making over the phone about approval amount, about second loan is ready at back end, about paying off other loan and you will get this amount at all etc didn't turn out right for me..and if you would have been keep doing having trust and then everything changes. Don't deal with this company ever. They are very very expensive, too.. I really would like to help small business owners that do not go with this company at all for funding

I must say that I have worked with several companies in the last year and never have I worked with a Company that has made a process so simple. The customer service was superb and exceeded my expectations. My situation was not easy and I just want to say thank you for making the process stress free for me.My account rep was able and willing to do what he had to. Cast Capital is a company that I will remain loyal to.

Over all 3 Star Experience with Cast Capital, but 5 Star Experience with Joe, He is the Man with steel Nerves, Make sure if you are dealing with Joe, then everything is good. So many un necessary phone calls can create negativity and stress, So i think Cast Capital can work on this, Documentation can be done at once, it should not be step by step. Again, If you are dealing with Joe, he can deal with everything alone.

Cast Capital has demonstrated that they are honestly working hard to deliver. There was some things in the agreement that didn’t look right, but after reviewing the questions and making proper adjustments, Cast Capital has demonstrated that they can be counted on. Looking forward to having a positive relationship with a company that cares about our personal business needs. Thank you for your help!
