Thanks for your rep's assistant in securing the SBA loan. Had I been informed upfront that your organization is not a direct lender of SBA, I would have given your office five stars. Also, I spoke to your rep, Nick; and I asked him never to address me with the word "hey" and he did it repeatedly, which to me means he does not care about my feeling, these are my reasons for the four stars.

Over all 3 Star Experience with Cast Capital, but 5 Star Experience with Joe, He is the Man with steel Nerves, Make sure if you are dealing with Joe, then everything is good. So many un necessary phone calls can create negativity and stress, So i think Cast Capital can work on this, Documentation can be done at once, it should not be step by step. Again, If you are dealing with Joe, he can deal with everything alone.

There were bumps along the way but Matthew went above and beyond to track down the issue.
