We ordered the CD-W10V for my girls' bathroom. I loved the idea of a non-electric bidet since getting power to the toilet would have been a complete mess. Needless to say, the toilet was such a big hit with the whole family that we decided to get a new one for the powder room to spoil our guests. This time I did get power to the toilet so they can have a heated seat. The toilet is beautiful, works well and the number of features you get for the price is truly second to none. Not only am I excited about the product, I was blown away by their customer support. When I did have an issue with my W10V I reached out and they were very quick to solve the problem and truly went above and beyond. I ordered the Casta Diva toilet to update our bathroom remodel. The 17” height is a perfect height. The one-piece design is sleek and modern. Support was great answering the questions I had about the distance for the waterline. Make sure you have MORE than 7.5 inches from the sewer centerline to the water centerline. Great toilet and company integrity is great.
